The Tonganoxie Recreation Commission (TRC) was founded in 1967 by a group of dedicated citizens. Thanks to them, Tonganoxie now has services that are progressive for a town of this size. Present staff includes: Director Gayle Parker, Assistant Director Brad Eccles, Maintenance Supervisor Phil Jeannin & Russ Kimberlin in maintenance. The Commission is presently expanding our traditional and non-traditional programming to accommodate our rapidly growing community. A five member administrative board volunteers their time to guide our progress and monitor growth.
