An 80-Acre trip through time. Shoal Creek Living History Museum is dedicated to telling Missouri's historical story through building preservation and events teaching about the State's past. Come and enjoy seeing our 1800s pioneer town with authentic buildings relocated to the park from the surrounding area. We host special events, school programs and pioneer days throughout the year.
The park is always open from dawn to dusk, but buildings are kept closed until our special events hosted during the year. During these special events, our buildings are open and re-enactors bring the village to life with skits, skirmishes, and demonstrations. All proceeds from entrance costs to these events go to the museum to provide educational programs, building restoration, museum operations, and grounds beautification.
We are proud to offer school programs and guided tours for our local community! For information, please contact us at ShoalCreekMuseum1975@gmail.com
