JoyKC is a faith-based non-profit that organizes free, regular programs for teens (ages 15+) and adults with disabilities in the Greater Kansas City area. Each night has a unique theme (ex: Sweetheart Dance, Talent Show, Minute to Win It) with various activities, crafts, and games. At JoyKC, we want people to walk away knowing that they are loved and fought for.
We not only want to address the social, emotional, and spiritual needs of our participants, but we also want to help equip our participants with the skills needed to step into meaningful roles in the community through our Empowerment Workshops.
