We are a Martial Arts Academy teaching the beautiful African - Brazilian Martial Art of Capoeira. We teach children of all ages - from 3 to 93! Capoeira helps develop: balance, motor coordination, speed, strength and creativity. The Martial Art of Capoeira also helps to develop the potential of each child, and adult, by growing self confidence through the acts of: learning, practicing, failing and succeeding. Together we are better!
Capoeira (African - Brazilian Martial Arts). We also teach a wide range of Brazilian and Afro-Brazilian dance from the northeastern region of Brazil.
