Gieringers Orchard

Frank and Melanie Gieringer started Gieringer's orchard in the spring of 2001. We harvested our first crop of peaches in 2004. Over the years we have added Blackberries, Strawberries, Hightunnel production of Tomatoes, Sweet Corn and misc. produce. Gieringers Orchard has an on farm market where we offer pre-picked and u-pick fruits in season. We also take our fruit and produce to Overland Park Farmers Market and Lawrence Farmers Market. ​Our son Brice returned to the farm full time in 2012 to help us expand our family operation now Gieringer's Family Orchard & Berry Farm offers Plasticulture Strawberries, Blueberries, U-Pick Pumpkin Patch, Corn Maze, Fall activities and seasonal events. Our daughters help us at the farmers markets.
