Make new friends and find your zen in this camp for 7-12 year old novice yogis.

This week long 3 hr/day camp helps kids begin to establish the foundation of practice. Deepening their connection to their body with posturing is just the start. Our yogis-in training start learning how to balance on their arms, heads and hands in individual practice! Meditation is added into the daily regimen to deepen their connections both externally & internally. Each day ends with a zen activity, craft or game that allows the kids to tune out of the normal world in a more conventional way.
