Open Play: Pay What You Can

Open play is a 90 minute block of time for children have unlimited access to all our materials, modalities, and expertise. Think of this like a “creative free play” time. We set out invitations for your children to use our movement props, art and making supplies, and musical instruments. Your children decide what they would like to do and how they would like to engage with our materials and expertise. This could mean they pick the songs we sing on the guitar or they decide how we dance or if we should try some yoga postures. Maybe your child will decide what to make and how we should make it. This experience is completely child led with very little structure.
Open play materials that often make an appearance are the pickler triangle, light table, scarves, instrument petting zoo, balancing logs and stepping stones, magnetic tiles, play dough, process art supplies, books, toy cars and tracks, and much more.
As we pilot our open play hours, we are making this event pay what you can.

Due to the size of our space, we do have to limit sign-ups for event. So if you sign up we ask that you honor it to the best of your ability.
