Music at the Fort

Historic Fort Osage comes alive with the sound of music from a century ago. Interpreters will help you understand the role that music played in military life at the Fort. Enjoy music from a variety of instruments including the wind ensembles and stringed instruments that have been used throughout American history. Families may also take part in sing-alongs of music from the time period. Pets are not permitted.
