Mother's Day Yoga (ages 16+) at Lenexa Rec Center
The Lenexa Rec Center is honoring all mothers with a FREE community yoga class. It combines a vinyasa flow to provide energy with restorative poses for well-deserved relaxation. Each participant will also leave with a special gift.
Bring a yoga mat. Ages: 16 and up. **This is a free community event. No Rec Center membership or registration required, but space is limited.**
