Hey Kansas City! I've seen quite a bit of interest lately in piano lessons for kids - and that's AWESOME!
Many traditional piano teachers start children in lessons around age 7 or 8, because traditional piano lessons require letter recognition and more developed finger strength. But with Let's Play Music we start piano beginning with ages 4-6 and set kids up for success when they transition to ANY traditional music lesson.
We teach staff-reading without letter recognition. We develop finger strength and dexterity through fun, age-appropriate activities and exercises! Our students learn complex musical theory and skills through PLAY, so by the time they are 8, they are truly talented and ready to soar in their private music lessons!
