Kids Yoga with Maria

Early elementary yoga is independent of caregivers. In this class we will explore yoga poses and character skills through storytelling, we’ll practice relaxation and self-regulation techniques through various mindfulness activities, and we will learn social emotional skills through mindfulness games and exercises.

For children ages 5, 6, 7, or 8

Most importantly, we will have fun! Children will be encouraged to listen to their bodies and to go at their own pace.
