First Day of Braided KC Course

Teaching youth the basic essentials of hair braiding and natural hair care to prepare them for the beauty industry. Those who complete the course will receive a certificate to braid hair in Missouri.

In this 9 week course you will learn about the history of hair braiding. We will go over guidelines and procedures required by the state of Missouri for hair braiding which includes a four-hour online course that will be done in class. A hair braiding certificate will be received upon completion of online course. You will learn the essentials of hair braiding. Parting, plats, cornrows, fishtailing, crochet, feathering, hair proportions, hair control, hair extension, and box braid. Attending this Basic Hair Braiding Course is helping you prepare for your day-to-day hair care needs.
