Fireplace Yoga (ages 16+) | Lenexa Rec Center
Relax, unwind and refocus. The Lenexa Rec Center will offer a free community yoga class. It will focus on a progression of beginner yoga poses, as well as flow into more dynamic poses and postures.
Bring a yoga mat. Meet in the lobby near the fireplace.
