Coming of Age Workshop - Full Circle Yoga KC

In many cultures, the phases of a life cycle are celebrated and honored with traditions and ceremonies. In this workshop girls and mothers are invited to celebrate, share, and honor the coming of age.
This intimate and sacred 3-hour workshop will include group discussion, activities, journal writing, yoga, storytelling, and ideas for a memorable celebration that commemorates the a girls first moon time.
