Waterfest 2023

Known as the largest festival of the year, Waterfest fills downtown Excelsior Springs with thousands of guests in a two-day celebration of the city’s mineral water heritage. Waterfest is a free event with more than 90 vendor booths filling Broadway avenue from end-to-end, surrounding two main stages with live bands, a beer garden, a Waterfest parade with celebrity grand marshals, a classic car, hot rod and truck show, kids’ activities and so much more.

Vendors far and wide gather to showcase their arts, crafts, clothing, novelties and gifts, offering festival-goers the opportunity to buy almost anything under the sun.

Waterfest is organized by the Excelsior Springs Area Chamber of Commerce and sponsored by dozens of local businesses and organizations. Plan to bring the family to attend one of Excelsior Springs’ most popular events of the summer!
