Trunk or Treat with Police in Overland Park

The Overland Park Police Department COPPS Unit, in partnership with the OP Police Department Officers Foundation and the JCNAACP Branch 4038, are hosting this fun and festive Halloween Trunk or Treat. This free community event is in the lower parking lot of the Myron E. Scafe Justice Center, 8500 Antioch.
