Skateboard Summer Camp at Camp Wood YMCA

Gather your friends and head to Camp Wood, the only overnight skate camp in Kansas, for an epic week of skateboarding in our skate park. Our experienced staff are passionate skaters themselves and will teach both beginning and advanced campers to ollie, kick-flip, grind and more during mornings devoted entirely to skating. The rest of the day is dedicated to a sampling of classic camp activities (swimming, Alpine tower, archery, etc.) with their cabin mates or in free-choice activities.

Campers are required to bring their own skateboard and safety gear. Required safety gear includes knee pads, elbow pads, wrist guards and a helmet.
