Welcome the magic of the season and spread holiday cheer by participating in Lenexa’s newest home and yard decorating event: Deck the City - Lenexa Holiday Lights Tour.
Decorate the outside of your home or yard for the holidays and bring a smile to your neighbors and friends. As a registered entry, you will be added to our holiday tour map. Also, registered and confirmed participants will receive a free commemorative official entry yard sign (while supplies last).
Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.
How to participate
1) Register as a resident or local business by Monday, Dec. 7, 2020, and submit a photo of your decorations by Wednesday, Dec. 9. (Your photo will be used on the interactive map on the city website, and may be considered by the judges when determining winners.)

2) Decorate your home and/or yard for the holidays. Show off your creativity and community spirit while bringing a smile to your neighbors and friends.
3) As a registered entry, you will be added to our Deck the City tour map. Community members are invited to go on the self-guided tour from Dec. 11–27, 2020, to enjoy the festive decorations and entries.
