Parent and Little Mover Yoga at Full Circle Yoga KC

This class is for little movers up to the age of 2 years and their caregivers. This class is filled with yoga for adults and little movers, mindfulness, and games for older babies and early-walking toddlers. It's an opportunity to connect and build community with other growing families and share in the importance of self-care with our little ones. Second and fourth Saturdays of each month at 10:30am.
