This is a perfect class when your needing to move your body again after having a baby. In this forth trimester yoga class the postpartum body is honored through yoga poses that stretch strengthen the body while bringing baby into your practice. Baby massage and pelvic floor strengthening and conditioning are integrated into class. Through loving touch and movement, and community you’ll begin sharing all the benefits that come with yoga at FCYKC. Reserve at www.fullcircleyogakc.com, Saturday Classes on the first and third Saturday of each month. Directly after the first Saturday is Milk and Chat (breastfeeding/feeding) Support Group with Prepared Beginnings.
