*The event has already taken place on this date: Sun, 10/18/2020
Join us at Sweet Streams Lavender farm for the Miami County Fall Farm Tour. Sweet Streams Lavender Farm will be open to the public this 10/17/20-10/18/20 only. Bring your family and friends for a tour with Joe through the lavender field to learn about the different varieties of lavender, how to harvest the lavender and how it is made into products. We will walk you through how we propagate and dry the lavender in our drying shed. We will have our shop (shed) open so be sure to come shop for all your lavender favorites. Enjoy the lavender, we will have tables and chairs setup for you to relax. We love this opportunity to share our home and farm with you and we look forward to meeting each of you. Plan a day trip full of rural heritage. After visiting with us, make sure to check out the other local farms open this same weekend in Miami County and support local farmers.
Here are a few tips to help make your day trip more enjoyable:
-Please supervise children and promote respect for property, plants, and animals while visiting the farm
