Georgia’s Chicken Run

On your mark...get set...go. Lace up those shoes because it's time for Georgia's Annual Chicken Fun Run/Walk at the Deanna Rose Children's Farmstead, 13800 Switzer.

Schedule
- 7:30 a.m. - Check-in
- National Anthem
- Chicken Dance (performed by our very own Chelsea Chicken)
- Warm-ups and stretching provided by HCA Menorah Medical Center, and Overland Park Regional and CareNow
- 8:30 a.m. - First race begins
- 9:45 a.m. - Awards ceremony and trophy presentations
Divisions
Girls and boys will run/walk separately in each division except the babies and adults. After each race medals will be presented to all registered participants. Trophies will be awarded for first through sixth place.
- Baby walk (Ages 2 & under) - no registration needed. This age group is all for fun.
- 1/8 mile run/walk (Age 3)
- 1/8 mile run/walk (Age 4)
- 1/4 mile run/walk (Age 5)
- 1/4 mile run/walk (Age 6)
- 1/4 mile run/walk (Ages 7-8)
- 1/4 mile run/walk (Ages 9-10)
- 1/4 mile run/walk (Ages 11-12)
- 1/4 mile run/walk (Adults)
Registration
$15 per person, Early Bird Rate
$20 per person, after July 14
