Chef is a graduate of The French Culinary Institute, past owner of Mulberry & Mott and currently the Pastry Chef at The Antler Room – so kids will be learning from the real deal.
You’ll be dazzled by Chef Natasha as she shows off essential techniques learned from her many years of baking experience; she'll explore basic measuring techniques, explain about the ingredients and teach the class how to make the perfect Pâte à Choux dough.
Then, hold onto your chef hats because Chef will cover fabulous variations, shapes and finishes like the ever-popular Éclair. Of course you’ll learn about amazing fillings for our beautiful baked pastries and discover the proper ways to fill them. Won't you be fancy? Oui Oui!
NOTE:Students should bring a sack lunch to this class.
