Big Balloon Build KC is an international festival coming to the United States for only the second time EVER! Experience an international balloon artist collaboration that uses 125,000 balloons to create an immersive dreamscape of whimsical winter scenes and playful toy sculptures to bring out the inner child in all!
The Big Balloon Build will be open for public exploration and special programming opportunities throughout 18th and Vine, from Dec 2-4th.
