Coding for Video Games (Age 14-17) - Online

*The event has already taken place on this date: Fri, 08/07/2020
You've chosen your side of the game development process: programming. Now it's time to excel at those skills. Our EAE graduate students will teach you the ins and outs of video game coding, from commenting to debugging. Learn why problem solving is such an important aspect of a programmer's daily life. Leave with a better understanding of your strengths and weaknesses, and how it will improve each line of code you write. Co-sponsored with the U of U's EAE program.

The camp will take place online. It will include a mixture of pre-recorded and live activities. There will also be opportunities for participants to interact with the instructor as well as other participants in real-time. Additionally, you must have a laptop/computer and download the required software. More details will be sent out closer to when camp starts. Typing skills required for this class.
