This wildly entertaining & educational documentary exposes the criminality of food waste and how it’s directly contributing to climate change, food scarcity, and the degradation of our soils. WASTED! demonstrates how each of us can make small changes – all of them delicious – to solve one of the greatest problems of the 21st Century.
Through the eyes of famous chefs, you will see how they make the most of every kind of food, transforming what most people consider scraps into incredible dishes that create a more secure food system.
Premier Integrative Health, After The Harvest and Compost Collective KC are 3 organizations in your area that are extremely passionate about reducing food waste, supporting their community, protecting the environment and finding new solutions for old problems… or rather, old solutions for new problems (learn more about each of these organizations below).
