Goat Yoga at Paradise Park

We are excited to partner with Sunset Trails and Core Balance Yoga to create an opportunity for our guests to experience Goat Yoga! It combines basic yoga (accessible to all) with the fun, playful nature of baby goats as they interact with participants in the beautiful setting of our Outdoor Pavilion.

This event can be fun for the whole family! Kids 8+ are welcome to attend with a participating parent. This is a unique class for yogis of ANY age!
We will feature the young goats (less than a year old) and no feeding so that the animals are curious and focused on you.
